Information about data

Privacy

This policy describes current behavior and approved rules for upcoming features. The form receives inquiries and first-party analytics is optional; demo sessions are not yet enabled.

Controller and purposes

Nahuel Martínez is responsible for this professional website. Necessary data supports content and preferences and, when enabled, responding to enquiries and running temporary demonstrations.

Contact and messages

The form requests your name, email, optional company, optional project type, message and privacy acceptance. Your enquiry is validated in the browser and on the server, and saved before an email notification is attempted. A notification failure does not remove a received enquiry. No automatic replies are sent. The language and minimum evidence of consent are also saved. Technical antispam fields are not saved as contact content.

Necessary preferences

Your language is kept in a first-party cookie for one year. An explicit theme choice is stored locally in the browser until you change it or clear site data. Future demo and administrative sessions will use strictly necessary cookies while those features are in use.

Optional analytics

Analytics is disabled until you explicitly accept. You can accept, choose necessary only, configure or withdraw using Privacy preferences in the footer. A signed first-party HttpOnly cookie retains the choice for 180 days. Only acceptance creates a revocable receipt and separate random visitor and session identifiers. Visitors rotate every 30 days; sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. Withdrawal stops collection and clears the in-memory queue. If synchronization fails, a necessary local marker remembers withdrawal across reloads and allows retries. Events confirmed before withdrawal are not removed retroactively. Rejection does not limit content or contact.

Demonstrations and disposable data

ACME Café and ACME Logística are fictional businesses. Their demos are not available yet. Once enabled, operations will use simulated data in one-hour sessions, followed by daily cleanup. Real personal data should not be entered in the demos.

Data excluded from analytics

Analytics excludes IP addresses, names, emails, messages, free text, signatures, photographs and demo contents. Dimensions are categorical events, pages, language, theme, device class, browser family and pseudonymous sessions. References include only validated domains, never paths or queries. UTM values must belong to a closed catalog, initially empty.

Recipients and services

There are no third-party trackers, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or equivalent services. Analytics is first-party and stored in PostgreSQL without external analytics providers. Local contact notifications use Mailpit. Resend is prepared for future explicit production configuration. Recipients and their terms must be confirmed in the legal review before production.

Approved retention periods

Contacts: 24 months from the last interaction. Raw analytics events: 180 days; session summaries: 24 months; anonymised daily aggregates: while useful. Demos: one hour of use followed by daily cleanup. Administrative sessions: 8 hours; administrative audit: 180 days; ordinary technical logs: 30 days. These rules will apply as features are enabled.

Exercising your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data from the controller through the contact form. A valid deletion request will take precedence over planned retention where applicable. The operational route must be confirmed before production.

Review before production

This wording requires legal review before production. The channel for exercising rights, recipients and applicable terms will be confirmed while respecting the approved technical decisions.
